We just finished watching this documentary from National Geographic about <strong><a href="http://www.heineken.com/ca/home.aspx" target="_blank">Heineken</a></strong> beer. It’s amazing to see how much work, research and human taste goes into producing this iconic beer. Heineken even offers a factory tour where you can watch behind the scenes and also sample the famous beer after the tour. </p> <p>We just learned that a lot of thought went into the logo design and branding of this company. They chose green because it’s a friendly color and also relates to the natural base of the ingredients. The “e” in the logo was hand drawn by one of the family members and if you look close, it’s in an angle to imitate a “smiling” face. </p> <p>Before you get drunk or while you are sober, watch this amazing documentary to find out more facts about this particular brand of beer.</p> <p><strong>Cheers! Service has been the key to Uniqlo’s retail presence. They have a multi-cultural staff in this branch to accommodate tourists and also a currency exchange ATM. This place has a grocery market, restaurant, cafés and an apple cider factory. The open space is not “empty” it feels inviting with the use of natural wood and also natural color schemes with splash of bright colors in certain areas. The clear glass shows the manufacturing process of the apple cider and it’s a good view to watch while trying the apple cider and some snacks.
